The pretty SNSD girls sings Genie with a combination of cute andsexy styles. Can you imagine an ‘ahjumma’ band singing Genie in rock style?

For those who are following the SBS drama “I am Legend”, you might know that Kim JungEun plays the role of a middle-aged woman who pursues her dream in music after her divorce. We already had an imaginary band, A.N.Jell in You’re Beautiful, while I am Legend, an ahjumma band is formed with the name Comback Madonna. Kim JungEun acts as Jun SeolHee, the lead and main vocalist of this unique band.

In the previous episode, Comeback Madonna was frustrated by the cold reactions from the audience when they perform in a supermarket. Therefore, they fooled around by dancing crazily to SNSD’s Genie in an elavator withour realizing that the elavator’s camera recorded all of their actions. Withour their consent, the footage of their crazy dances was posted online and netizens gave harsh comments about ‘ahjummas’ who should stay at home and do chores instead of dancing to Genie.

Embarassed by all the negative reactions from the netizens, Jun SeolHee decided to make a reply video by recording a remake of Genie in rock style. Comeback Madonna performed together in their practice room and made a simple video clip by using a  manual fan and bubbles.

Soon, five members of an idol group U-Kiss; Dongho, Kiseop, Kevin, Kibum and Soohyun will also make appearances on the drama as a band group called Kiss. Check out I am Legend every Monday and Tuesday to experience the musical passion from these interesting ahjummas.
